How long before I get my products?
We do keep a certain number of polishes and bath and beauty products in stock, however a lot we make from scratch to order. This means that we have a turnaround time of approximately 4-6 business days however we always aim to ship sooner.

What if a polish arrives and is broken?

Please take a photo of it and send us an email at ardasnailsuk@outlook.com

What if my order doesn't show up?

Shipping Details
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next business day where possible.

Shipping Charges
Within the UK we  ship all our parcels  as a Royal Mail Small Parcel (45cm x 35cm x 16cm) signed for second class.  Shipping times are usually 1-2 days depending on the Royal Mail network. You also have the option to upgrade to tracked or first class. Please note that a maximum of 8 polishes are allowed via Royal Mail, for more than 8 polishes you must select our courier choice DPD.

Ireland & EU Shipping

We do offer this option but by request only as we now use a third party shipper. Prices available on request

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available from our International stockists. In addition our polish is available for USA customers approximately 4 times a year along with Danglefoot Nail Polish via our Group Buy Website which can be found here.

Payments

We accept Paypal, Clearpay and Klarna payments. You can use Paypal to check out using a debit or credit card without an account.
